Lost Orders, No Replies, Working with my 3 agent...all terrible

"The first time I ordered, they waived the setup fee, but not the shipping. Then they lost my order and they only figured out that they lost the order, after I called them, at the point I should have RECEIVED the damn pens! Then that took another eternity for them to find the order and ship and receive. WOW.

So, somehow I wasn't bright enough after the first debacle and I honestly tried to deal with them again...and the first agent, I dealt with for the first order disappeared...no callbacks nor emails. The 2nd agent, was unwilling to waive shipping, after he clearly stated that he would check with his sup to see if he could. He didn't check nor did he return my calls or emails. So, I moved to a 3rd Agent, just as incompetent as the previous 2...must be a pre-requisite to work for Pens.com!

So, I said F$%^ IT. I will look for another company with BETTER customer Service!
