"I ordered 500 pens. Prior to ordering I checked to see how long before I would receive the pens as we are in the middle of a campaign and needed them ASAP. I was assured that I could have them in 2 weeks. At the 2 week mark I received a notice that they were not yet in production and it would be another MONTH before I would receive them. I called, ended up talking to a supervisor who had all kinds of excuses and ended up saying they would "try" to have it done sooner. No real commitment. Given this poor service I had to cancel the order and will have to seek out another company that will hopefully honor their commitment. Since the Pen Factory advertises they are an AMAZOM preferred vendor I will also be notifying Amazon of my experience. Don't be fooled, this is a poor company that will not honor it's commitments!"
