"At the beginning of June I ordered some pens which I needed for an event at the end of August. Though I was notified that the item was currently not available, I spoke to customer service on multiple occasions and I was given false hopes that my order will be ready before the date of my event. A few days before the event, I called customer service only to be told that my order can't be shipped before the date of my event. This has damaged my reputation among other organizers of the event. "

After speaking with Customer Service for penfactory.com, it was clear they had longer customer service hours and a pleasant attitude (as opposed to their competitor). Hopefully they will be able to communicate status (unlike their large national competitor, who clearly did not care) and communicated some additional availability information. So far, so good. "
