"Worst vendor I've ever dealt with. I ordered an All-In-Wonder video card - their part no 100714301. Their web page lists package contents including Remote, FM antenna, S-video cable, Composite video cable, and several software packages. What I got was the board, two dongles and an unlabled CD, all in a white box, obviously not ATI's usual packaging. After two weeks of wrangling, they still refuse to send me the missing parts. No only that, they are threating to hit me with a restocking charge if I return the merchandise.

"I had a good experience with Penguins Express. I ordered a printer to be delivered to an auxillary address and I had to travel there to set this printer up for one of our field personnel. The timing was critical in that I would only be at the field office for 1 day and the printer had to be there for me to install. No problem! The printer arrived the same day I was there like clockwork and as promised! As long as you communicate your needs, Penguins Express will make sure you are taken care of!"

"This is absolutely the worst company I have ever done business with online. They don't return phone calls or e-mails unless it involves getting your money. Its been two weeks and they can't even tell me where my package is. I paid for 2nd Day Air shipping and they tell me it was accidentally shipped by USPS without a tracking number. I feel like this company is scamming me. I tried to cancel my order, but they told me I can only do it by e-mail and not on the phone. Of course they don't respond to their e-mail."
