"RIP OFF!! DO NOT USED PEOPLEPC.COM EVER!!

I have had a HORRIBLE experience with "peoplepc". There are many complaints out there on peoplepc for continue charging the fee when the account is cancelled.

On 1/10/07, I called to cancel my service. But they keep charging me on my credit card for the monthly service fee.

I call again on 3/26/07, they told me the account was not cancel and would gladly refund my monthly service charge of $15.95.

When I look at my April credit card statement, I saw that they did refund the $15.95 but at the same time they charged me again for another month service fee of $15.95.

So, I called again on 4/27/07, peoplepc told me that the account is now confirmed cancel but they would not reverse the monthly charge. They say I can complaint all I want but they will not reverse any charges.

I told her I will make a complaint, and asked what her name was. She refused to tell me. I asked what her extension was, and she refused to tell me too.

This company has terrible service and corrupt business practices. I see that there are complaints out there for similar issues.

I will dispute the charges with my credit card company. Also, I will filed a complaint with the FTC, consumer affair and the BBB.
