"I ordered from their web site on December 9th, plenty of time for Christmas, and my credit card charged and received email confirmation. When it was getting near Christmas, I hand't received my order, so I called them to check on it. They had received the order, but from some unknown reason, they never processed it. They said that at this point, if they shipped it with standard shipping, it would not arrive in time for Christmas, and they refused to come out of pocket for expedited shipping, or even offer me any sort of discount. I asked to speak to the manager, who was Rachel Johnson. She was VERY rude on the phone. She told me that I should have called a week ago to check up on the order, and that then they could have shipped it in time for Christmas. I asked if they could at least offer me a discount or something because it was their bad. She said she couldn't offer me anything because the owners were out of town, and she wasn't going to come out of pocket for a $50 dollar order. I said to her, "It is you companies mistake. I ordered this as a Christmas present with plenty of time and you should make good on it. But you are putting it on me, telling me that I should have called a week ago to check on it?" She responds "I'm not your mother, I can't tell you what to do." Totally ridiculous. Refused to make good on their mistake and put it on the customer. She was on speaker phone and the others in my office were horrified on how someone could be so rude to their customers."
