I returned the Vista stroller and Mesa car seat 2 weeks ago; I expected from them at least an email that they have received them but they didn't and I ended sending emails asking if they received them even though I'm 100% positive they did because of the confirmation of FedEx tracking info. 4 emails and has nothing happened plus I called 2 times today and I had to leave a voice mail. I only think they don't want to refund my money back and I'm expecting the FULL refund because they were returned in new conditions and just because I didn't like them. "I ordered a baby jogger city select that was promised to be shipped on a certain day and by the afternoon of that day it still had not shipped. I contacted the company and was told that it would ship that day. At 10:30 that night I got an email saying that it had been shipped. Come to find out all that meant was that the shipping label had been printed that night. My order didn't actually ship until the following day after 5:00 pm. I also had a problem actually receiving my order as I'm not home very often in the middle if the day and the company would not allow either the package to be left with no signature or to be picked up at the post office/FedEx location.
