"I ordered out of desperation as my optician now requires annual eye exams for $200 to get a prescription. It’s COVID so I don’t want to be that close to someone and I feel that’s trapping and extortion as my eyes haven’t changed.

Came in a week at 1/3 of the price from LensCrafters and I checked everything carefully - no forgeries. No other charges to my paypal. Very grateful. I got 6 boxes for $27 each which is unheard of. Google for a coupon code too, I got 15% off.

"ok, so bait and switch experience. Shame on me for not looking further into the details. They bait you into selling 30 pack quantity, whereas other competitors sell 90 pack quantities. As in my case Clarity 1 day, the selling price was $21.60 per box, they did not disclaim the quantity on Google Shopping, yet other sellers were selling for $42.89 for 90 day. If you do not pay attention to the quantity you will actually OVER pay for your lenses. Tried to rectify the issue with customer service, and they will not offer to refund the difference. Offered a return, but hey...I need the lenses and only have a week left....not enough time to comfortably order more. "

"This company couldn't get an order correct if they had to. BUYER BEWARE- They are after your credit card info and will place multiple orders on your card. Their system said that my credit card was not able to be processed and that I have to choose another method of payment, when I chose another card, the system said the same thing.

No I see on my credit card online statement that I have been charges 3x for one order. I have called the credit card company and told them the story and declined all charges.

"I recently ordered from this company for the second time ( you don't have to order very often when you buy a year of contacts at a time), and both experiences were positive. Last time, they were shipping from overseas, so it took about 3 weeks to arrive (which it clearly advised about on their website.) They've recently moved to North America, so my most recent purchase took about a week to arrive after I placed my order. Everything came in perfectly both times, in the same condition I've received them as when I would buy from an optometrist's office ( but half the price since those places love to rip you off). I've had no eye problems or illness like I've seen other people describe - makes me think they ordered the wrong prescription or something, which is their fault, not the website's. When I need more next year, I'll return to them again."
