"I ordered the Small heart frame with the paw prints and it is beautiful. My sweet maltese, Cottonball, was just under 4lbs when she got sick and passed away. The small box is big for her ashes, but I wanted to have a large enough heart frame to add a nice picture. I also used the extra space in the urn to add some of her special items-the collars I kept over the years and the last little sweater she wore to keep warm at the end of her life. Just be sure to double check the dimensions since this box does have a greater depth than most floating shelves. The shipping was very quick-processed on Monday and received on Thursday. The customer service department is wonderful, too. They were very patient and kind. I felt bad for the young lady I spoke with bc I couldn’t stop crying on the phone long enough to form a complete sentence! She was understanding and helpful. "

"The photo urn was HUGE compared to what I was expecting for the amount I paid. I am all around satisfied except for the description and pictures showed that it could lean on its side just like a regular picture Frame with those things on the back that hold them up on the table at an angle but the since the urn / Frame is so large the flap that comes out to hold it at that angle is rendered useless because the Frame is too heavy and the flap is too flimsy. So it just has to stand up straight on its side. which is fine I was just preferring it be at an angle like the photos. "
