"The actual charms & the pendant with my daughters ashes are perfect! The satin cord however, was awful. The metal pieces fell off of the ends of the cord as if it had not been placed well enough. It will be fine, we can buy a chain for it instead, but I still want to give a fair warning to anyone who buys anything with a satin cord. Everything else is PERFECT!!! "

"The urn was very beautiful!! Although I was very disappointed in the wood stand that the urn my mom's ashes would be placed in!! The color was hideous!! The photos I was shown looked like a dark brown mahogany color and the one delivered was black. All 4 of her children were very disappointed, and I for one was discussed by the fradulant color displayed on your website. In the future your company should specify the color and personally I feel it would mean a great deal to me and my family for you to replace the wooden stand at no cost to us to show not only us that you care about our grief and wanting to display her remains in something she would find more tasteful. In conclusion, I've worked my whole life in the hospitality business, and it is no secret that it only takes one bad review to loss 9 other customers. I hope that you take that to heart , and make at least my grieving family pleased at looking at her final resting place !!"
