With engraving and personalization, we received all of them in time for services (with quicker shipping options), and everyone was pleased with the beauty and quality of the urns we purchased. If you want something of excellent quality and reasonable prices, I can honestly say I’m glad we selected Perfect Memorials to provide us with well-made solutions for the remains of a beloved family member in a dignified and beautiful way we can cherish for the rest of our lives."
"I ordered an urn from Perfect Memorials - the "Laurel Leaf Brass" urn, and based on the picture, I expected to receive a dark espresso brown colored urn, with silver leaf detailing around the top and bottom. What I received was a shiny, red-tinted urn with detailing around it that looked like etched in scratches, not leaves. It's just a random pattern scratched into the brass. From what I can see, Perfect Memorials advertises a specific product, and then just creates a cheap imitation of what you order, and then overcharge for a lower quality product. It's disappointing and unprofessional in my opinion, especially since I spent $100 for the urn that was pictured on the website, and anticipated a high quality product in which to hold my father's ashes. I honestly don't even plan to use this urn, and now will have to spend more time and money shopping around for a company that will deliver what they advertise. I want my money back. "

My only complaint was that the engraved letters were small and there wasn't a choice for colors for the engraving. "First the pros: The order process was easy and the package arrived quickly. Once assembled, the box/pillow was beautiful.
Now, the cons: There weren't any instructions for assembly--not even a link to a tutorial video or webpage. This would have been very helpful. Then, worst of all, the thing SANK LIKE A ROCK just as soon as it was placed on the water! It was beyond disappointing especially after all of the planning and effort that went into preparing for this ceremony. There are no "do overs" in situations like these and so, sadly, the memory of my father's memorial at sea will be forever marred slightly by my experience with this product. "
