"The Seashell urn served as a beautiful and unique item to have at the funeral. When we later took it to sea, the experience was nothing short of cathartic. There was beautiful, loving silence as the shell floated and eventually began to bobble in the water. After about 4 minutes, it gradually submerged. It was a truly calm ending to our memorial.
The Shell is large and lovely to behold. We chose the blue shell. For the funeral service, we chose to prop the shell upright behind the cremain box which we had covered by reversing the velvet bag in which in when it came to us. It would be nice if the flat side of the empty shell was flat, but it was easily propped. As for adding the cremains to the shell, I inserted the biodegradable bag into the shell opening and folded the excess bag around the opening. Then I cut the corner of the cremain bag and emptied it into the shell. This method worked well and with no mess. I highly recommend this product and means of returning everything to the earth/sea."

The urn I selected was on sale for 50% off. When I added engraved monogramming to it, it totaled the same price as regular price. So I essentially received free engraving! And the urn that arrived was not just the same as it appeared on their web site, but BETTER: very high quality, in perfect condition, and just very beautiful and dignified. I don’t think I could have gotten a better deal anywhere elsewhere!
SERVICE
The process of choosing the right wording for the engraved monogram was more tricky than I anticipated. As a result, I made not one but several changes to the wording. Perfect Memorial’s staff went out of their way to accommodate my changes with patience. They never once made me feel pressured, and they explained exactly what was needed at every step, making sure I was completely satisfied before closing the order and engraving and shipping me the product. And the product was sent within a few days of the final order submission at no additional cost. And as I said before, the urn that arrived was just as their name implies: Perfect!
