"OK, I am a real customer. I have a 2018 Toyota Camry SXE V6
I put on a MagnaFlow Street Series Cat back exhaust 19411 specifically designed for my year and model
I put on a AEM cold intake
NOW - I start looking for a chip - googled chips and PerformanceChipTuning.com kept popping up, products looked ok, good reviews, so I went with there "Toyota" brand (which come to find out is just generic for all cars) stage #3
I waited 2 weeks after install as PER INSTRUCTIONS and didn't notice anything different than prior to installation.
So... I schedule a dyno and when we did a run without chip, then put chip back in, it made a whooping 2hp increase in torque.
So now I’m upset. All the claims and testimonials are BS. So I go to the site, sign in, and go to terms and conditions...
THEY STATE- "For returns, please Email us us within 14 days of receipt. Once an approval has been granted by email, please mail the products back to the address provided by our sales team. Products must be packaged in original boxes and returned within 7 days of the return authorization. Failure to do so will void your return. Returns for refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee. So.... my fault for not reading the fine print, but the instructions clearly say to WAIT 14 DAYS for the full effects to kick in

The DYNO guy laughed and felt bad and said there was no way a plug and play could EVER make the quoted online claims.
