Put the order in requesting to have it delivered at my workplace> they delivered at my home address without even letting me know.
I have therefore had to go and collect it myself - 2 trips as one box has been lost in transit.
One wheel came damaged. Emailed Michael (salesman) with photo for advice - no reply.
Paid Etyres to fit the wheels - they don't fit.
Emailed and phoned Michael once more giving him Etyres number to confirm the misfit agreeing that he would call me back - nothing.

I am currently still expecting a resolution as Michael is not in the office and nobody else can make a decision but Him.
