"Best watercooling and modding selection bar none. They carry pretty much anything and everything. They are being hit hard by Covid shortages currently but they STILL have the best selection! CS is and has always been solid as well. They take care of you if there is an issue with your order. Shipping has become expensive even with small items unfortunately. Many times it costs more than the part to ship it with them(with the cheapest option), so shopping around has become beneficial sadly.
Their website on the otherhand is one of the worst you will experience. Its like traveling back to 1999 and dial up speeds, especially if your browsing the site via mobile. The layout is just bad, with useless icons blocking the add to cart/buy button. It is horrible trying to navigate and place an order on your phone. I've become so frustrated at times while trying to place an order on my phone, I've simply gone elsewhere to buy my gear. It's been this way for years with no signs of improvement. The search engine is also useless. If you don't know the exact name of the item your looking for you won't find it. I had a very frustrating experience trying to find a reservoir via the search function. I ended up buying it from a competitor simply because their website just worked, while on my phone.
PPCS your website is costing you money and the update DID NOT FIX IT! PLEASE, find a company that can eliminate the awful website experience so I can order gear while on my phone!

They told me i checked off the terms and condition box and It does not show a cut off time when you chose it, like we should know what state there based in...So i took a picture and sent it to them. "Got my water cooling parts from Performance-PCS and finally done rebuilding the cooling system on my old X99A MSI Godlike using EK Water Blocks. The cpu is cooled using the EK Velocity RGB Block and the old 980 Ti KPEs are cooled using two EK Classy blocks I had but never used til now. Getting good temps. CPU primes at 50-60 degrees depending on the core and the GPUs are around 40 degrees in Furmark. Got three rads in there all from HardwareLabs mounted top, front and bottom using mostly Tygon 7/16th tubing. I had an EK FC Terminal Block but chose not to use it when not realizing it did not come with orings the thing leaked all over the place. Gave me a good scare. Not Performance-PCS's fault. Blame EK. Anyhow everything used to cool my PC I purchased from Performance-PCS.com. They have a great selection of almost anything an enthusiast could want or need. Love the site if not for the fact it could be faster and sometimes takes a while to browse items or even login. Good selection of shipping options. Favorite place to shop for parts and computer high end cooling solutions.

"I purchased a cablemod kit brand new, but I received a used product that was clearly been opened since it does not have the plastic wrapper. In addition to that the 24 pin atx power cable is missing from the kit. They have refuse to reimburse me for selling a used product that was advertised as new. Cablemod actually stepped in and trying to resolve my issue. Please stop supporting a company where it refuses to support customers. I will no longer be purchasing any item from this company. "I purchased 2 radiators, a water block and pump from Performance PCs only to find out the radiators size was misquoted due to the metal plug on the end of the radiator adding to the length. I opened the box and they do not want to accept the return. The second issue is that of the water block. I installed it and it damaged my Mother Board. I asked to return it and they said they would not since it was open. I will be looking elsewhere for my custom PC Products."

"Had an issue with one of the items I ordered. Water block had a defect. RMA requested-end result: Full refund. We ordered another one during the RMA process. Customer service was very helpful (JB) Have already placed a second order with them. Will do more business. Great customer service thank you! "
"First I ordered a pump from them to fix a broken one. Then they didn't send me any tracking information. I had ordered it next day shipping and had to find out that the part wasn't being delivered correctly through Fed-ex. After half an hour of calling the only person who seems to answer customer service (The manager), all he had to say was "Tracking information should have been sent out." He was then brisk and rude with resolving the issue. I finally get the part to find out not only does it leak water, but the pump shuts off after about 3 minutes of use. After another 30 minutes of trying to get a hold of them I get told by the same manager I will have to pay the shipping to return their broken part. Not only that it will cost me a 20% restocking fee! Even though I was **** at the whole situation I said "Have a good day." To his response of "Okay." Don't buy parts from this company. They probably resell the same used and broken parts to continue to make money off of them."
"There is no way to experience these items before paying for them and having them shipped to you. When you find out what you bought is far from what you expected, and even falls apart, you are required to pay for your own shipping back regardless of how cheap the item was.
eBay and it's risks makes way more sense than this retailer, don't bother.

"The other day I placed an order and one of the items was a special order. Per'PC's reached out and gave me an update and offered to ship the current in-stock items out today or bulk ship once the back ordered part came in. Since I needed most of the other parts quickly I opted to have them do 2 ships. I did offer to pay the 2nd shipping since it was my choice. The back order was supposed to be in a few days later so the delay would have been minimal. PerPC's said that no extra shipping was necessary due to the back order being not overweight.

2. Option ship now or wait until back order
3. No extra shipping costs on my end (I would have paid extra)

Who knows, I may need to order an extra fitting or 2 and then combine shipping costs so I could pay. Small companies running on a tight margin shouldn't be expected to cover extra costs for our impatience. Especially in this area where there are very few options. PerPC's is my goto source for PC water cooling and more!
