"I've used this site several times over the last few months. Totaling $700+ on small items. My last recent purchase had a certain item in it called - Bitspower BP-CLTAC-S2 Crystal Link Tube Set For 2-Slots.. They were sent to me in an un-marked baggie. One end looked like it was hack sawed to size, it was rough and plastic particles all in the tubes. When I emailed them about this they simply replied "All the links for the one you say is questionable are the same here and so we have asked Bitspower to send new ones next shipment. " Well I just recieved a shipment from FrozenCPU with the same item and go figure, it came in the manufacturers packaging ( and was of excellent quality). So it seems they do make there own and sell it off as reputable brand names (in um-marked baggies).
This situation alone has caused me to suspect much of this company and never order from them again."

Its amazing that for someone who lives in Australia, a company all the way in America still manages to get my order together and ship it to me faster than someone a few blocks away from me who has all the items in stock.

As well as that, you had the koolance parts i needed in stock, when koolance themselves had a 1 month ETA on most of the pieces I needed.

"Updating my review, i was contacted by a sales rep today, and he was very apologetic and well mannered on the phone. He explained the situation and was happy to issue a refund for the difference between the cost of the shipping i paid for and the shipping i accidentally received.
I know the situation that happend was a mistake and not really their fault, so i cant hold a grudge.

"Customer service and shipping time surpases or matches newegg.com if you can imagine that. The prices have gotten more competitive. Thier custom work is pricey but it is custom work so... you gotta love it, you know. They treat your gear and your ordered items like you would treat it. I pay the extra cost, if it is more, to buy from them if they have the item. They are that good.

I would like to see you guys expand your menu of even more.

"Order was shipped the same day. Pricing for the XSPC DDC top was on par with other vendors. The shipping did seem a bit high.
My only real complaint is they shipped my item in a much larger box and did not include any kind of bubble wrap or other means to protect it. This will definitely be taken into consideration for future purchases and doubt I would buy electronics from them if that is the norm.

"Ordered some of the newly released and most anticipated fan controller: Lamptron FC-5 because Performance-PCs were the first that had them. I also ordered some other small parts that I really needed for my new setup. Peformance-PCs has a wide selection of items which are averaged priced. The shipping cost is pretty high and it didn't felt that there were "big" discounts on shipping when making a "big" order. However, my priority was getting the new FC-5 and I am happy that I received along with the other parts in such a short time. The shipping speed was fast, and the packaging was average. I do forward in doing business again with Performance-PCs."

"My wife and I have ordered several items from Performance PCs. They have lots of hard to find products. Shipping is reasonable. Service is great.

My favorite item was 'Creative Labs X-Fi/Audigy Sound Card to Front Case Port Adapter Cable (SB-FP-AC97)'. It allowed me to connect my sound card to the front panel of my case. I cannot find anything else like this on the 'net.

I found out a week later that it was on back order, I was asked if I wanted to wait, and they should get another shipment in with the item I wanted at the end of the week; I said yes. A week later I got an email stating they did not have an ETA on the item. I will give them 4 stars because they promptly responded to all my emails. I’m knocking off a star because the website said the item I was purchasing it was stock when apparently it wasn’t."
