"Ordered a pair of lowering blocks shown to be in stock. A week after they took my $ and marked order processed and hearing nothing else I finally called them. Was on hold over 30 minutes. Finally got someone that told me u bolts were backordered another couple weeks. If I'd known that I'd have told them to just send the blocks as 3" I bolts are available EVERYWHERE. Still I gave them another eight days so far. Likely going to cancel the order and do a charge back on my card so they can't charge me a restocking fee for something they lied about having in stock in the first place. Pathetic part on their part is this was my very first order through them and had planned on ordering a bunch more stuff from them......even had tabs open. "
"So far horrible and got wrong rear leaf springs and Eric the rep is not a man of his word. If he says he's gonna respond by end of day good luck , he's a rude person and should not be dealing with people spending alot of money that help him keep his job. I've spent 1500 dollars and regret it and will never do business ever again with this company and still have not got a call to send these wrong parts back, its been 4 days now I called back and spoke to Chris and seems like they lie to customers together. All they have is excuses for eachother. If they don't resolve this soon I will turn them in to the b.b.b. this is rediculous."

"I purchased the shock tower supports for my 63 Nova. When I received them there was no bracket to attach the rubber bumpers and was told you dont need them so why did they send me the bumpers. the description of the part is as follows " We raised the bump stop location on the support to provide more suspension travel on lowered vehicles. This is a must when running our coilover front suspension or if the amount of available drop is greater then one inch. " my car is lowered so I bought these for that reason, ok next I went to install them and they were very close to my Viking coilovers and upon doing my test drive they do bind now I have to make some spacers. Guess because I live in Canada they just brushed me off, I'll never deal with them again"

You must call them. When you call, you constantly get "this call may be recorded" messages and then the phone drops.

"Purchased a rack and pinion unit PSSA6066 installed it on the truck only to find out the transfer lines were leaking due to bad bubble flares. Contacted Brando and he stated he would send me a new set of lines, 7 weeks later I have no reply. This is so frustrating had the unit to three different shops no one can make new lines. Buyer beware very bad service after the sale."
"I ordered a 3” lowering kit for my 51 Chevy truck. All 4 springs, 2 sets of shackles, 4 shocks, 4 u-bolts and all the hardware for about 1500.00. I was told I’d get an email with shipping info. The shipping email never came and I was told my parts would come in 2 shipments because of the weight of the springs. About a month goes by and I receive my first shipment. Only the bolts were in the bag. 2 weeks later I receive another package containing 2 shocks, the shackles and pins. I called back on March 3 wanting answers. I was told all my parts shipped the first week of February. I told them I did not receive 2 shocks or any of the springs nor did I review a shipping email or tracking. I was told it went to my Yahoo email address I provided. ( I don’t have. Yahoo email) the email I was given from them wasn’t even close to mine. I was informed 2 springs were shipped out with the shackles. We argued over me receiving the springs. I finally asked how much did the package weigh. I was told 3 pounds. I asked him what the springs were made out of? Then told him the last I knew steel springs off a 51 would weigh much more than the 3 pounds. Now that I’m beyond frustrated i asked for a refund on the springs and two shocks totaling a refund just over 1,000 dollars.was informed I’d have to pay a restocking fee. I asked why I’d have to pay the restocking fee I never received the springs. So I was able to cancel the springs and should get the full refund of the springs nope not at all I received 488.00. I called back multiple times to be bounced around their stupid phone cure for over an hour at a time listening to their 5 songs over and over. This place is a joke they are thieves and could care less about you once they get your money. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. "

"Needed a rack and pinion tie rod from kit that I bought 12 years ago. Fred went out of his way to help and procured the part that I needed. It was nice that they were able to separate the part from the kit. He personally sent it to shipping and part is in the mail in one day. Very reasonably priced. Did not gouge me at all."
"Have fun getting ahold of their customer service, pretty sure it’s nonexistent. Took them 42 days to ship out my pre-bent brake lines, and they were only shipped after I opened a dispute with my bank. Tried numerous times to get any information on the order but their website ticket system doesn’t work, I don’t think they read emails, and every time you call (assuming anyone picks up in the first place) they’ll tell you they need to check on it and will get back to you, which they never do. Topping it all off product wasn’t even closely similar to their product pictures on the website. "
"Its a shame I have to give the one star because they deserve NONE. Took a month to get all the parts for the IFS mustang II kit for a 1957 Chevy truck! Customer service is almost none existent when you call for help. I had one of the tech support reps argue with me about parts in the directions that did not come in the kit, that were needed (As per the Heidts directions). So what I would do is just call Heidts and get the right stuff, correct information, and great tech support and customer service."
