"I ordered two items from Perfume.com but only one arrived. I called their 800 number and was given a recorded voice message saying no one could help me right now and to send an email. I sent an email and received a response saying I would receive a reply within one business day. It is now three business days, and nothing. I lodged a dispute with my credit card company and received a credit for the missing item. "

PLEASE, SAVE YOU MONEY... PLEASE!!! I have been using a particular fragrance for 30 plus years and I know the scent and how long it should last through the day on me, but it smelt like vinegar. Don't try to call them, the result is like spitting into a fan, you don't want that. After opening the other two products I purchased, there was an obvious lack of aroma. After numerous emails, I finally received an okay to return the one product I opened first was approved. I should have opened them all, but that was my mistake. Regardless. I was told how to look up the codes on the bottles to check the production dates and boy was that a disappointment. Both had a "NO LISTING OF THAT PRODUCT". Just to make sure what I did was correct, I tried a fragrance I had purchase in a department store and guess what...I did it correctly because it showed the production date. PLEASE... SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!
As of this writing, I have only received automated responses after their approval to return item which was more then two weeks ago. Again, SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! go to department stores.

"I just ordered two perfumes from this website: Marc Jacobs Decadence and Jessica Simpson Fancy Love and they are NOT AUTHENTIC!! I have bought these bottles from Macy’s before and they are two of my favorite perfumes I go to. The marc Jacobs bottle top is NOT MAGNETIC as it should be and both perfumes scents are not strong and doesn’t last for 5 minutes!! This is not right at all!! "If I could give zero star I would. First of all, I ordered a Joe Malone perfume (over a 100 bucks ). I mistakenly put in an incorrect zip code which I corrected it right away. They already ship the perfume but wanted me to make all the calls to the post office to make sure I'll get it. Why me??? they filed a claim to the post because of course the post office left to the perfume to the incorrect address- they want me to call the post office to get a log so they can review the claim again.... again why me? this is your business, I handle customer services too and we go above and beyond to help our customer. Not this place... I am simply asking to either refund my money or send me a new perfume. Plain and simple. "
"BE WARNED!!!! I was looking for a anniversary gift for my wife and thought Perfumes 4 U at the Phoenix Premium Outlet would have reasonable prices. Turns out that they charge 2-3 times as much as all of the other perfume stores for the exact same perfumes and have a NO REFUND policy, or replacement with gift card. I was unable to receive the help I needed and after much time I decided on the Calvin Klein Obsession 3.4oz for $65. After leaving the store I checked online for prices and found it was running $18.17- $21.50 at a dozen other stores. I went back and the manager informed me of their policy, that I would have to exchange within 7 days, but was unable to receive a refund or gift card.
When I asked for help to exchange the manager was totally worthless as a sales person. She said, "what does your wife wear". I said I needed help choosing a scent. Her response was, "well what do you like". She was totally unable to offer any common professional advice. As I was shopping another shopper came in and asked the price for a specific perfume and said to her freind that it was more expensive there.
Do not waste your time and money shopping where they offer no courtesy or professional help to overpay for perfume. I asked to speak with her manager and was given a card to their corporate office that only goes to voice mail. NEVER AGAIN!!!"

"This really is a terrible company. They display prices in your local currency and unless you look very carefully you don't realise that it's charging you in dollars. This may or may not be a problem for you but in addition the product I ordered never arrived and then they refunded me via Paypal, even though I said I didn't want them to do that as I would lose more money in the currency conversion. They said it was a goodwill gesture! So if your order doesn't arrive, if they're not in a good mood, you may not get a refund at all. Their customer service department are hopeless. They don't actually understand what you tell them and aren't interested in listening or trying to accommodate you even when you're trying to suggest solutions. They even refused to attempt to send me my product again and instead insisted on sending me a refund in dollars, losing me more money. So after much stress and time, I've ended up with no perfume and £4.10 out of pocket. Really annoying."
