"After a lengthy research I chose to buy an item from Perfume.com, that seemed to be much cheaper than any other online retailers. It was not long enough to realise that my credit card was charge for a different amount and more so the credit card was charge with US dollar amount which was not my purchase. All of sudden ""the too good to be a true price"" changed to 35% more expensive than every other retailers on the market.
This company switched the sold price online bill of sale that appeared on the screen, from Canadian Dollar to US dollar while their site confirms you can purchase under Canadian conversion and is supposed to produce the Canadian Dollar value, which it did for my during the shopping, however late ron was changed.
After reaching out to them, their staff Susana shenanigan character, denied this even though I proved it to her that when purchasing n their site using the CDN for Canadian Dollar, the whole page changes to offer the final price in Canadian, however all my effort went to deaf ears. what is more disgusting is during my request to correct the price, this lade keeps pounding to continue with the sale and not once offers any solution util I read their site policy that suggested they have to accept return up to 30 days without any deductions. at the end I returned their product and lost money for the conversion process that they imposed and tried to cheat me into purchasing a higher price product. During this back and forth the product price went below what I paid for during X-mas time and even then this lady never offered to reduce and match their ongoing price. what a scam. they ruined my plan as this was a gift and was too late to purchase any where else. they delivered latest it could arrive. Be mindful of their website function as they know what they are doing and further there is no reasonable and helping customer service mentality with their structure that you may need to rely on in case of an issue. I would purchase else where to avoid any issues with this company."
