"I had no problems whatsoever with this merchant. My order was processed early on the first Monday after I ordered on a Saturday. I received my order info, made an account with name and password, and received tracking info soon after. I live in Southern Ontario Canada, and my order was received in 6 business days from the day or processing. The content was perfect - brand new, factory sealed box and packed very well to avoid damage. I don't understand why others would have such different luck than I did - I will order from them again. Their web site is very friendly and shipping charges to me were very reasonable. I saved a ton of money compared to prices at retail places around here, and I ordered a product that is very difficult to find these days for some reason...but they had it there!"

"This was my worst experience buying perfume online. First, they falsely advertised the product, then, when I returned it, my refund never arrived. Finally, after two months and a half of waiting for the refund, I emailed the VP of sales. No response. Two weeks later, I emailed him again, and finally the refund is supposedly on its way, three months after it was promised."

"Perfumedeals.com sent me an EMPTY perfume bottle and an unauthorized substitution!

When my order of 3 solid perfumes and one mini perfume arrived, I was shocked. One solid perfume container was completely empty! They also decided on their own that since the mini perfume was out of stock, they sent me body lotion in the same fragrance, instead of refunding my money or asking for my input. I contacted the company and was told to email them photos of the empty bottle, which I did. Then they asked me to return the empty bottle through the mail to verify it was really empty, which I did. USPS Tracking, which I paid for myself, shows it arrived to them almost a week ago. I have yet to receive confirmation from them that they received my return, I have received no refund, and no replacement, and my order arrived almost a month ago. A very disappointing transaction with suspicious business practices.

I will be happy to update this review if I am given my full refund immediately.

UPDATE: I filed a Paypal Dispute Case and then perfumedeals.com finally refunded my money for the empty perfume container. "

"I ordered two bottles of perfume from them after reading the reviews here and I felt it would be wrong not to warn others.

One of the colognes (narciso rodriguez for him) had a smell of disgusting old concentrated perfume and alcohol, could not distinguish any notes. After confirming at local merchant, The Bay, it smelled nothing like a real thing.

The seconds one by Hermes smells questionable and sort of old perfume smell.

Buyer beware, I learned my lesson, no more online retailers it is The Bay or Sears from now on."
