"I'm so extremely disappointed smh wow, so I finally received my picture frame and the name is incorrect also the due date is incorrect. My family was excited about the order just before Christmas and now the order is totally incorrect.
Customer service: I called customer service about my issue the representative name was Imani and she was extremely unprofessional and wasn't apologetic about the wrong item being shipped. As per Imani "you just received someone else order". This is horrible customer service. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told no, a message will be sent for a supervisor to call me. I would never order from this place of business ever again. Just awful "

"What a terrible company! Today, on June 10, 2020 I received a refund for a purchase I made on March 10th. A purchase that I immediately cancelled within 1 hour. Nothing was shipped, no returns, no unusual details.
Only an immoral, thieving, rip-off company would take THREE MONTHS to complete a refund on a transaction immediately cancelled.

"Ordered a birthstone necklace and the personalized puzzle. I received the puzzle on time, however, the review system to ensure proper personalization is poor at best and I ended up receiving a product that was incorrectly done. When inquiring about what could be done to fix this they said order a new puzzle. The second issue arose when my ordered necklace that was supposed to arrive Feb 13th never came. I contacted the customer service to be informed that this is "unusual" for their vendor. By default I had paid shipping that was expedited to get this product before V-Day. They "investigated" the issue and I received an email that said it would be shipping soon and they refunded my shipping. I got a tracking number which never updated after the initial issue number and the necklace never arrived. I contacted them again on the last week of Feb to figure out why I never received my product to which they had to investigate once again. I received an email from the service rep that said the product would arrive this week and as of 3/4 the product has yet to arrive but I'll admit I haven't checked the tracking number. Nevertheless, I'm sure their great so long as you don't have any issues or mistakes. I will not recommend them to anyone but hey, maybe they'll have a management shakeup and things could improve."

I called and they rushed a reorder (at no charge to me) and it was there only 2.5 days after my phone call to the company. (Only 2 days late after anniversary, not bad). They loved the gift when it arrived, too! Highly recommend this company!"

"I ordered from here for the first time this year, let me tell you, it Will be the Last!!! They sent me a confirmation email saying my order would be here by December 27th, which was fine since we were doing our Christmas on the 28th. A few days later I get an email saying it will be arriving by the end of day the 24th,. Which I was thrilled about! But when it didn't show up that day, it was no big deal, I just figured it would be here the 27th when it had said at first. Well, the 27th came and went with no package! I was very upset, but had hope that Mabye it would show up the next day while my family was here, and I could still give the gift,..of course it Never did! So I had no gift to give my sister and her husband for Christmas! It was so frustrating having to tell them that I really did get them a gift, it just had not been delivered. The next day I emailed personal creations to see why my package never showed up,...2 days later I Still had not received any response whatsoever!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! Thankfully I have family that works in the postal service, and asked them to check on it,....apparently over 2,000 people had emailed these people and not received any response! Absolutely insane!!!! So we finally called this bull crap company and found out they had either never shipped our package or had lost it!!! And the best they could do for us was give us free shipping, for all the trouble and hassle they caused us. I STRONGLY Urge everyone to NEVER use this company to buy anything! You'll never get it!!!! I WILL NEVER buy anything from them ever again! And I will. E sure to spread the word to everyone I know to do the same!!!"

"BUYER BEWARE......When I received my order, one of the items sent WAS NOT what I ordered. I received my order on 12/20/19 and I HAVE YET BEEN ABLE TO SPEAK TO ANYONE!!!!! Very upsetting to say the least. I have called and been left on hold for ridiculous amount of times, PRESSED 5 for a call back and NEVER receive a call back. "I ordered two personalized dog Christmas stockings and after a few days got an email that they were shipping and would be delivered on December 16. On the 19th, I emailed the company and told them it wasn’t here yet and asked if it was still on track. No reply. On the 26th, I got an email saying great news! Your order has been delivered. I obviously ordered them to have before Christmas, not the day after. I emailed them again and told them that my order arrived 10 days later than they told me....again, I have heard nothing from them so far. I doubt I will be ordering from them again."
