"Placed 3-4 orders in the past 2-3 years. Impressed with the quality of the personalized items I've ordered with exception to the peeling iron on bunny ears on my Easter order this year. From my first order to my last order it appears price has gone up and product quality has gone down. Very disappointed in iron bunny ear i could have done myself. But LOVE the wicker baskets and all things Embroidered. Would also LOVE to see a few more characters on the personalization lines...I can almost get my granddaughters' first and middle names on most items and would LOVE to be able to do so...brag about you constantly especially when I get the often ? "This is my second order. The first time I was disappointed to see that I spent four times the price for an item the Costco was carrying. This time I was disappointed to see that at checkout an additional $25 was added onto my total: standard delivery, handling, and then priority shipping to get my order within a week. These charges should be a little more forthcoming on the site, or included in the price of the items. I won't be ordering again. This site is simply too expensive for what you get."

Then they connect you to a free shipping site that who knows if i'll ever see a rebate and ow has my credit card info and I couldn't get back to continoe my transaction and had to start all over and then the shipping site told me I couldn't cancel out and start over so lost the rebate and had to call them via your company to get them to remove my info!"
