"There is NOTHING good to say about this company! Merchandise not received on guaranteed time, poor quality website, NO RESPONSE from customer service! Use Personalizationmall instead. WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!"

NEVER AGAIN!!!’

"Wish I could give a negative 10 review! I’ve used them in the past and had great luck however, I placed an order paid for priority shipping I repeat paid for priority shipping. Based on their website and my priority shipping that I paid for the order was supposed to be delivered December 20 today is December 26 the order it still has not arrived. Plus deliver date is changed every day I notified them about the lack of deliver after paying for priority shipping, the NEVER gave the courtesy of a response!. I will never use this company again, nor can I ever recommend them and I will be sure to tell all my friends and neighbors not to use them. "

Horrible Customer Service.

"Absolutely The Worst Customer Service.
Or should say Non-Service.
Placed order for two items shipping to same location to arrive before Christmas.
Promised Delivery by December 20, 2019 shipping via UPS.
On December 21st got email stating they shipped with some obscure Shipping method and the only tracking number provided no information.
Tried calling several times and no one ever picked up. Left phone number for call back....no such luck. Sent email and you guessed it.....no response.
I will be disputing the credit card charge and now will scramble to find replacement gifts for my family on Christmas Eve.
Don't waste your time with this Horrible Company!

Well, if it is a popular item and happens, to be on back order...I can assure you, delaying delivery was not intentional. I'm sure the human beings, behind getting your order together, are doing the best they can. These are small business', so they do not have the same capabilities, as a Macy's, or Nordsrtoms'...If you prefer to have a Refund...I can process that for you, since the Replacement would have the same delay...

There is no reason to go back an forth, about this issue. I have explained that these vendors are small. If that is not something you are willing to understand, I can not help you with that. Again, you are expecting the same service, from these small business' as you would get from a Macy's or Nordstrom's,...companies that have much higher resources. It is unfortunate, that the item is popular and back ordered...my job is to try to find a solution and explain. Worst customer services

"Placed a order in November for Christmas stocking and ornaments. When the order was not received a week after it was guaranteed to be delivered I contcated The company to inquire. Basically I was Told that they “don’t know where it is”. Offered to place order again but could not tell me when order would be processed and could not offer to expedite order despite their error in shipping it previously. When I attempted to reorder I was Told most of my items where now sold out. I asked to speak to supervisor and was told they are “very busy and not here”. Don’t waste your time or money here. "

Lost Item

"I order an item from personal creations and paid for the overnight shipping. I got my UPS confirmation on Monday saying that my purchase will arrive on Tuesday. However, on Tuesday, I got another confirmation from UPS saying that my package will not be delivered. I have called Personal Creations all Tuesday and all Wednesday. No one could give me an answer, nor would they return the calls as stated. I spoke with 4 people and they all told me that the label was created, but the package has been lost. I then asked for my refund. I'm very displease with the outcome of the situation, because that was a graduation gift that was needed asap, and to get no good reason to what happen is not good business."

Poor Service

"We ordered a couple of items from them for Christmas. The order came with a different name, order number and items. We called to have them sent back so that the persons who's items we had recieved and our order could get sent to the appropriate places. They said that there was nothing that they can do and the items we ordered were no longer in stock. The person we talked to on the phone really didn't seem to care that our order was lost at all and made us feel like it was an inconvenient to have to talk to us and refund our money. We are so disappointed and I will NEVER order from them again. We now have to try to find a different item with only 2 weeks before Christmas. "

Outstanding Product & Service

"My family ordered 4 Winter Wonderland Christmas stockings and I was very impressed with the price and ease of purchase. The stockings came in the mail 1 week later and I was equally impressed with the quality. One of the stockings was the wrong stocking, so I called and emailed customer service. Both avenues were extremely fast, easy, convenient, and best case. They confirmed the correct product on the phone, sent it to me free of charge, and told me to keep the incorrect one. Everyone on the phone and email assured me that they treat every customer as if they were family and that was certainly my experience!"

"I had never heard of person creations before. I heard about it by receiving a gift card from there with my Save The Date order. There are several great things to choose from! Wonderful Service

"I placed an order for my mother, and when she received it, the wrong information was engraved on the glass. I contacted them on Friday, Decemeber 6th via email, and had an almost instant reply that they would replace the item. Early Saturday December 7th, I received an email that the item would be sent by expediated service, and there would be no additional charge for the shipping or replacement of the item. I called my mother to let her know, and the item was already there. We will definitely use this compay for our next personlized order!!"

Horrible customer service

"I wish I could give a negative score! I had a discount from a previous purchase and on the site I was ordering through, it offered free shipping but when I submitted the order it charged me...so when I called to get it taken care of, not only was the lady very snotty about letting me know that they do not allow 2 discounts on ANY purchase (even tho I recieved it last time) but when I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told she was too busy... are you kidding me!!! Needless to say I will never purchase again from this company who can't even appease a customer with letting me explain the situation! This is by far the worst customer service!!!!"

Never received

"Stay away. Run. I ordered a personalized pillow case for christmas and was given a date in which I would receive it. When it did not arrive I went to chat since wait time to talk was too long. Chat told me they didn not know where it was and I would get an email. Already I knew it was an issue. I got an email saying my order was cancelled and I should order again. I called my credit card and was told I was charged and there was no credit pending. I waited to speak with a rep and was told that my order was cancelled by the chat person when she couldnt figure it out. Was my order ever sent? No. When were you planning on giving me a notification or at least send my refund? Do you want me to do it now? Well I do not have my money and you do not know how to actually do anything except take payment so yes, refund me. I'm now waiting with little hope. I went against my usual rule to not order from any site on fb without a review section and paid the price (with no merchandise to show for it) "

Beware of their shipping

"I have used their website before, especially at Christmas, and have always been very pleased. This time, I was looking for personalized sister ornaments. I was already not very happy about level of customization but given my amazon and etsy options, I chose personal creations because I know they have had good quality products in the past. When I get to the check out and select my shipping option, I ignorantly select standard shipping because at first glance it was only option that did not list a price. When I get to the end of my check out and am ready to "place order," I notice I have a $7.99 charge for standard shipping. I thought, hmmm, that is weird. I went back and checked it out. There is a link beside standard shipping listed as "details." When I click it, it does detail out for me the shipping rates. So I thought if standard shipping is $7.99 and express shipping is $7.99 then why not select express shipping and get my gifts a week sooner. Right? I go back through the check out process and notice a charge for standard shipping ($7.99) and a charge for express shipping ($7.99) totalling $15.98. I decide to select the chat option to see if an error has been made but the customer service rep confirmed that I indeed would be paying a total fo $15.98 for shipping. If I did not want to pay for express shipping that I needed to return back to the shipping option page, and deselect express shipping. I informed rep that their page did not say express shipping was standard shipping charges PLUS express shipping charges etc. The rep said they understood my frustration and that was the end of the chat. Needless to say, I cancelled my order and will not return thanks to their newly shady shipping messaging on their website. I value the integrity of a website based on the communication they give end users and a simple + and a link would have made all the difference in my review and even my purchase. I most likely would have purchased the 4 ornaments totally around $60 and continued to shop there this holiday season."
