"I ordered product on 10-13-22. Still nothing on 11-25-22. Emailed & asked for refund. 11-28-22 received notice that $110.01 of $115.80 will be credited back. I will pursue this, not that it is a great amount of money, but why should they get away with this. Reading other reviews I will start with PayPal, then maybe the FTC or Better Business Bureau."
"These guys are basically con artists.
I placed an order and immediately (within minutes) asked to cancel the order as I needed to make some changes to the order.
They replied saying they cancelled the order but will be keeping 5% of the payment as this is their 'policy'.
Suffice to say, I will not be re-placing the order and am trying to dispute this scam with PayPal. Avoid this dishonest business, you have been warned!"

"I would give zero stars if a could. I ordered products and got no communication from the supplier for almost 2 weeks. I spent a day emailing and calling to try and figure out where the product was with no response or even answering the phone. I cancelled my order and had to order through another supplier. 3 days later I got an email saying they did not have it in stock but would have it in three days. I again informed I had cancelled my order. They then called me saying they would be getting the order that day and could not cancel my order. During that phone call they suddenly had the product and would be shipping it out then. I again told them not to ship it as I had canceled my order and went with another supplier. The gentleman on the phone told me I was stubborn and was going to charge me a 10% cancelation fee. Worst ever."
"We placed an order with them, they advertised CY-Kick Aerosol for $10.95 each, when you try to check out in paypal there is an error message due to them integrating paypal incorrectly to their site. when you call them and tell them the product you are trying to buy the owner quickly goes online and increases the price on you. they have done this several times to us which shows it is not an isolated incident. The owner (who barely speaks english) even admits what they are doing is unethical but then says "too bad now you pay more". we will never do business with this company again, and with the way they conduct business they probably won't be in business long. there are plenty of other companies that sell the same items, don't get cheated by this company!"
"The operator of this website, Kevin Lee is based out of Korea with limited English skills. Ships old products which are close to its expiry date. His customer service is non existent with rude responses. Sent an item which was close to 3 years old. When I asked for a return label and refund, was promptly told that was not possible. Others have complained about restocking fees. Stay away from this foreign firm. Support US businesses! "
"This outfit is sneaky, deceptive, greedy, rude and eccentric. Their customer service policies & practices are from the DARK SIDE.The online scam site services I used for follow-up research suggest this is run from Korea & uses a US drop-ship service. I believe the owner's attitude proves it.
Purchased $140 worth of chemicals from their pestrong.com site. Twenty minutes later (20 minutes!) I canceled the order. They issued a $126 refund. Fiercely refused the remainder, citing a hard-to-find 10% cancellation feee that's buried in their site. No restocking needed - the action required to issue a refund requires 1 click in PayPal! The guy, Kevin Lee has spent 6+ emails defending this greed. This is the least customer-centric business I've ever worked with.
Kevin Lee in customer service (who is also the owner I suspect) is rude and unyielding. I've got a string of a dozen or so rude, argumentative emails & his manner on the phone is pretty tough luck as well. He uses a blind gmail account instead of a legit corporate account. Their site is riddled with problems, couldn't cancel online. Lots of other issues that prove this is an amateur with no idea of American customer expectations, courtesy or concern. Support US business that care. DO NOT BUY HERE.

"I originally ordered 1-gallon of Southern AG Chelated Liquid Iron from Amazon.com. My order was delayed because it was out of stock; no estimates or idea when it would be back in stock. I cancelled that order and searched the Internet. I was happy to find Pestrong.com. My order arrived a few days later; and shipping was free. The product is great too! My grass became greener after its application and is now as green as the green spots I had from the free fertilizer provided by the dogs. Great stuff (the liquid iron)."
"Pestrong sells chemicals and fertilizers, and has a good selection at very good prices. If you make a purchase from them and everything goes smoothly you'll be very satisfied (and lucky). However, their ordering software has some major glitches, and if anything goes wrong their customer service includes yelling at the customer, talking over their explanations, and overall rudeness and refusal to help. Especially when it is their fault. If you decide to buy from them, just be aware that you'll only be satisfied as long as there are no problems with the order. I personally will in the future buy from someone else, even if the price is higher. Worst customer service ever!"
