"I've ordered meds for my dogs from Pet360 in the past, and have had pretty good luck. Decent prices, speedy delivery. However, my most recent order was a disaster. I needed pain meds for my dog, who was about to have spinal surgery. I ordered the meds on 6/30, and received a message that they'd been shipped on 7/1. Great. 10 days later, the meds still hadn't arrived, and the Fedex tracking number showed only a shipping label had been generated, but that's all. I contacted customer service by e-mail on 7/11, and was told that the order was "still sitting in pending action", and was offered a reship or a refund. I needed the meds, so I asked for a reship asap. I received no confirmation or any other e-mail regarding the order. On 7/12, I had a voicemail regarding the order, which said they couldn't tell me what was going on with the order in a voicemail - I had to call them back (???). I called back, and of course got THEIR voicemail. I left a message saying who I was, why I was calling, and please call me back regarding the Pet360 order. I never heard back from anyone. Several days later, the meds showed up in the mail. This is ridiculous. Absolutely terrible customer service and communication. I trusted Pet360 with my dog's health, and they let me down. Never again. And now that they're PetSmart Pharmacy, never them either. I'll pay a few more bucks for a reliable company."

"The medication I bought from Pet360, if not fake, may as well have been.
Within a few weeks of changing my dog's medication, from what I had been getting from the vet to the medication I bought from Pet360, my dog declined from walking (with some instability) and being able to walk up the deck steps, to no longer being able to stand.
On the chance that it was due to the medication I bought online instead of a rapid progression of the disease, I stopped giving him the Pet360 medication and bought more medication from the vet. Within about 2 weeks, he is almost back to baseline."
"I ordered Trifexis and it came in the mail without the box. Therefore I was unable to get a rebate. Called the company and they said they would get back to me and they never did. They claim they mail all meds without boxes because of weight. I had an old box and it weighed .05. I would have gotten a $25.00 rebate if they would have mailed the box."

As for the rest of the whole experience, this single one time purchase will conclude my business with them. The order was placed on 9/11 and despite their claim of being processed within 1 to 2 days and then going out from a distribution center that most likely was in Chino in my case (I'm in Nevada), the order STILL shows as processing today. Two days ago I sent them a message from their website regarding the order and it was never responded to. I had to call them on a Saturday, today and find out that it has shipped but won't be here until Tuesday"
"So incredibly disappointed with my order. Planned a trip to California for two weeks and instead of lugging the dog food with me, I decided to order and have it delivered in California. I wanted to time it right so my package wasn't sitting outside our vacation home so I called to ask about approximate delivery times. They told me they have a warehouse in Chino, CA where their west coast orders ship from and it usually takes 2 days maximum. I decided I was safe ordering one week early (Wednesday Jan 21 in order to get it there by my arrival on Wednesday Jan 28). I received an email Friday morning letting me know that a $2 toothbrush I ordered was out of stock in the Chino warehouse and therefore my entire order (which included more than $100 of dog food) was now going to be shipped from their eastern warehouse and would take a few extra days. I called immediately to speak to someone, wanting to cancel the toothbrush so my order could be shipped from Chino and arrive in time and was told that once an order is placed it can't be modified. I then tried to cancel my order and was told that this is also not an option. It's now Monday night and my order still hasn't been shipped out yet and I was told it takes 5-6 business days to arrive from their Eastern warehouse to California. I even asked if I could pay for upgraded shipping to get it there in 1-2 days and was told yet again that once the order is placed it cannot be modified in any way. I was trying to be so organized and plan in advance, but now I've just screwed myself. I'll be lugging the dog food home from California when it finally arrives - what a waste of luggage space. I won't be ordering from them again - they couldn't care less about how much of an inconvenience this was for me. At least try to act sympathetic "
"This is the second time that I have ordered my animals prescribed medication for my 15 year old dog with Hip Dysplasia and I should have learned my lesson the first time. This company has absolutly "0" integrity. 2 times in a row they will print out the shipping label so it appears that they have shipped you your order and the order never actually leaves for at least 2 weeks from their warehouse. If you have an animal that needs the medication prescribed from a Vet DO NOT ORDER FROM www.PET360.com !!!! It will be weeks before you actually receive your medication. I simply need to move the prescription to a different pet pharmacy. I feel horrible that I gave them a second chance as my dog is in so much pain at this time that she can barely make it outside to do her business. I spoke to 1 customer service rep who stated that they would re-ship and upgrade to overnight as he could see that there was obviously some sort of problem with the order shipping out and understood that my baby needs her medication only to receive a call back from that Customer service rep saying that his bosses had denied his request and the customer would have to wait until it was able to ship. This website is a total scam AVOID www. pet360.com at all costs."

"Terrible service and prices. I had ordered cat food and a pet food storage container. At first they are late with updating the tracking number for my package. It stayed listed as processing from 7/3/14 to 7/9/14. During this time, I contacted their support team via e-mail 7/7/14 only to receive no response as of 7/9/14. When the order arrived (on 7/8/14). One of the items where missing- the pet food storage container. After the tracking number finally updated on the website on 7/9/14, I confirmed that all the items where supposed to have the same tracking number. Concerned, I called customer service. The lady alerted me hat some items are drop ship, and will take 7to 10 business days to ship. These drop ship items are label on their website... Except the storage containers weren't. I pointed this out to the lady. She told me that she'll have the Web team on it. However, I'm still sick with a 15 lb bag of cat food and no container, and no assurance of When I will get my container, nor any restitution for this slip up.... Which is clearly a misrepresentation of their product - I ordered in good faith it would be shipped with everything else. The website mislead me.
This is too many mistakes for a place with higher than average prices (the container alone is 35 from them, 30 elsewhere) that is supposed to ship you rely on to ship you feed for your precious pets. A few careless me stakes, and you'll end up with unusable product (I can't open my bag without the container because it's insect season).
