"This company was such a hassle to work with. I had a nutritional food prescription for my dog. For both wet & dry food exact brand and label. They needed two prescriptions and my vet issues one RX card. I only received the wet food and was still waiting on dry food due to needing a second RX. I tried to email my scanned RX card and was told they were only accepted by mail. I use Petco's website and realized what a better experience not only was the food cheaper due to vital care perks but such an easy process with free shipping. I was able to upload the RX card to the Petco site and received food 2 days later for a better price. Not sure who owns PetRX but they are amateurs when it comes to technology and the customer experience they need to step up their services. I won't be shopping with them in the future. "
