I have called 3 times now, the first time they told me I had to wait a full 7 days before they could give me an update but that my order had shipped, even though FedEx said they hadn’t received the shipment. The second time I called, 2 weeks after I placed my order they told me it never shipped and they would ask for it to be shipped again. It’s going on 3 weeks now, I called again and they said it never shipped so I told them I either want a refund or the order shipped.
