I have called 3 times now, the first time they told me I had to wait a full 7 days before they could give me an update but that my order had shipped, even though FedEx said they hadn’t received the shipment. The second time I called, 2 weeks after I placed my order they told me it never shipped and they would ask for it to be shipped again. It’s going on 3 weeks now, I called again and they said it never shipped so I told them I either want a refund or the order shipped. "I tried to order heartworm treatment from this site, my vets office sent me an email stating that they no longer did business with this site. We called and canceled the order right away after hearing from our Vets office. While looking at the online account on their website to attempt to cancel /delete the account, there was no option to do so, we called and explained that we did not sign up nor request this other Pet care program that they just took the liberty to sign us up for, and demanded that it be removed. As of today, they still have not canceled /removed the account as we requested, and the Pet Care account is also still showing on the account page for Petcarerx as well! I would not trust this service at all, since they use it to get your information and sign you up for other programs that they are pushing. "
