There was a delay with my vet's approval (for once to my advantage!) and in the meantime I needed to change the size of the order. I called customer service and they were able to cancel the original which had just been approved, update and get the new order put through without issue. I've dealt with PetCareRXcustomer service a few times over the years and it is always superior, reps are pleasant and understanding of pet people needs!"
