"I ordered 2 months of meds for my dog. Package was mailed Oct 8. Tracking page on PetCareRx.com was worthless--it referred to "Sendlie" and gave no phone number for contacting "Sendlie." When package hadn't arrived by Oct 18, I called PetCareRx. CustomerRep advised they would re-mail the order, delivery in 2 days. I never got a confirming email, so I called again on Oct 20. New rep said they did NOT re-mail the order, because the package has to be officially "lost." Rep finally gave me the Postal Service tracking number, so I could find out where my package was. PetCareRx did not offer to nudge the Postal Service to get the package to me. On Oct 22 (Friday), I called the Postal Service, with tracking number, to get action. After 1/2 hour of phone trees/call back options, I made a "Service Request" to locate my package. Package arrived Oct 25 (Monday). Gee whiz! Eighteen day delay was due, in large part, to PetCareRx's bad tracking page--that gave NO information. I'm not sure I'll order pet meds with this company again. :-("
"I wanted to purchase a collar identical to the one my service dog wears for my new Malinois. I researched the identifying names and clasps on it; the Spectra collar was exactly right. Having purchased the Loops leads before from a local store, I got both the 4' and the 6' lengths. The collar came in made by Coastal, not Titan. That clasp may be made by ALU-MAX (not marked), but it was lighter weight and a different design. The collar itself would almost fit my horse. The leads have dropped in quality as well- not as thick, strong, and more likely to cut a hand in the case of a quick bolt. The loops are just that as well- loops. My first one is more of a traffic lead. These would be useless to a tall person with a short dog. The treats were ok- standard issue, better values found at Costco. I was offered a free year of their $99 membership club, which I plan to cancel immediately to avoid the hassle of forgetting about it until it shows up on my credit card. Friendly people, just not the best money I've ever spent. Dandy for a foo-foo dog, but I wanted what I wanted for a reason.
