"I tried for two weeks to order my dogs medicine. My vet's office showed me where he sent them a fax for my prescription and they never sent me my meds. They kept telling me I needed to speak with my vet."

"I ordered 40 packs of Forbid, enough per vet to treat/retreat our 5 dogs. Company charged for all then changed it to only ship 6 packets, not enough to treat one dog. CS said they don’t support bulk orders, just asked for what I need. They say on site somewhere they say this.
Order never should have been accepted if downsized.
If you need dependable company to ship pet meds as ordered quickly… go elsewhere!"
