"Timely delivery with way lower cost meds compared to my vet"

"I had a hard time finding an item but PetRx had it available. Price was reasonable. The site is a little busy with the auto ship offers but still easy to use, find what I needed & place the order. I got my order in just a few days!"

• Dog food prices were extremely inflated, so member price is the same as it is at most stores.
• I got several emails with codes for a percentage off any items, then can't use the codes with my membership price. Back to the highly inflated price to use the code. Not worth it.
• I get emails stating my dog's food is a special price on sale, then go to the website to find that was a lie. It's always the same price for Hills Science Diet. Why email me pretending to have a special on it?
• Somehow you shipped 2 seperate orders of my dog's two medications on the same day. I wasn't prepared to pay twice, but had to. Apoquel is very expensive for just one month, let alone 2 months at the same time.
• Customer service fluctuates depending on who you reach. Some are helpful. One in particular is terrible and doesn't care about the customer, the business or their job.
• I can get everything from other vendors for the same cost as your special prices, and save the $139 membership fee. That's what I'm doing."

Better prices than Chewy et al, especially when you join the free Pet Plus rewards program that lowers your price once you log in. At the start, there were many hiccups with the orders, based on poor communication with the vet, even though I provided the prescription. Customer service wad prompt and helpful in sorting it. Finally, after mailing in the paper script, the refill process has been smooth and quick. "
