I have never had any issues with PetCareRx. I really like prices on their website and my 6 Dobies absolutely LOVE their products. I do enjoy their coupons that I get via text for 30% off, I even got lucky one time and had a coupon that was OVER 30% off. Also the shipment has always been very timely. Unfortunately my last order never arrived as it was scheduled for March 15, 2024 and today is already March 21. I emailed them regarding this issue. I sure hope they will figure out what happened to my last order.
