"On April 6, 2007, I called to ask how I go about returning my purchase of Sytemajuv, Anxiety Supplement, Calm Supplement and Pro-Bac Adult. I explained that I was not satisfied with the product as it did not work.

I was told to return the bottles and I would be issued a refund minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping. I said that the webpage did not indicate there was a restocking fee or any kind of fee. In fact, it said I have “nothing to lose.” She (the owner) said it was further down on the webpage. I said I was looking at the webpage and could find nothing about a restocking fee. Then I was told I should go to the FAQ’s and it says it there. I repeated the front page indicates very clearly that there is a 6 month satisfaction guarantee…AND it says NOTHING about a restocking fee. I suggested they put that information about a 15% restocking fee on their front page and she responded, “why would we do that when that is not a selling point?” Exactly! I would not have purchased the product had I been told there was a 15% restocking fee. I didn’t look further to FAQ’s for their return policy as it is shown on their front page (once even highlighted in yellow)

“Both of you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.”

The fact is if I accept what she told me on the phone, I have more than $30 to lose. I have returned the product and requested a complete refund. We'll see what happens next.
