"I recently purchased a 50 lb. bag of black oil sunflower seed. The order came within 2 days. The seed is beautiful and fresh. Last night we filled one of our feeders with the new seed. I can't believe it! Today I constantly saw 12-15 birds on that one feeder. (Usually there are 1-2 if we are lucky.) I have 4 other feeders which are usually the feeders the birds choose, but today every bird is fighting over the new seeds from you. I am very pleased with your product.

Unrelated to the quality of your seed, but important feedback for your company:
The box was crumpled and split on all sides. The bag fell out before we even opened the box. I think you should try to find a better packing method for shipping these heavy bags."

"Decent customer service. Terrible prices. When I was looking for Blue Healthy Weight dog food, I purchased what I thought was a 30lb bag for $48.99. Comparable to PetSmart, PetCo, and other retailers. I did not look closely enough to notice that this price was for a 15lb bag, making it twice as expensive as anywhere else. 15% restocking fee, + return shipping still made returning the product cheaper than keeping it."
