Only once there was an issue with my order, I think the wrong bottle(non-concentrated one) of AmquelPlus was sent, but they took care of it. The only one nitpick I'd add is that the shipping of this item negates the $5 discount, and brings the total price same as some other vendors. So to the customer, it doesn't really feel like a savings since the shipping exceeded the $5 coupon by $1.95. "
