"This is one of the few places I've been able to find the only brand of food that my chinchillas will eat, and their bulk pricing is good, so this website has been a good resource. My only frustration is that the majority of the coupons they email to me "max out" at $5. So when I get an email that I think might be a great deal because the subject line says 15% or 20% off my order, it's really not that big a deal. Free shipping doesn't start till $49, and at 20% off, the coupon's $5 will max out at $25 and I'll end up paying $7 shipping. Or if I place a $49 to get free shipping, I'm really only getting 20% off of the first $25 of that order. Seems to me that if the email subject line says 20% off, it should actually be 20% off your ENTIRE ORDER. Anyway, that's just a frustration I've had over the years. But as far as the service, the pricing has been great, and other than busted up boxes during shipping (but no damaged product inside), I've had zero issues over the years. "
