"On November 16th, I placed an order for dog food and added a few other items to hit the minimum for free shipping. After they shipped the other items, they informed that I would not get the dog food until December 5th. My dog will need food sooner than that (closer to Nov. 24, the expected ship date) so I had to cancel my order. When I explained to customer service that I only ordered the other items to push me up to free shipping and could I cancel those as well, they said I can pay if I want to return them.
Not impressed. There better retailers out there with accurate stock and quick shipping. I won’t do business here again. "
