"I was just wondering why my order was cancelled? It says the item is on backorder but it was in stock when I ordered and was "in process" for a whole day before someone could figure out it was on backorder?? Why didn't you just send me an email asking if I wanted to cancel or wait for more stock. Pretty disappointed as I read (and chose not to believe) all the reviews that say you never end up shipping and that this happens ALL the time."
