"last time i ordered some of my items were placed on back order. it was about 2 months and when i called the customer service was very kind and apologized for things taking so long, but assured me as soon as the product came in it would be sent. and it was i appreciated that this time the ordering process is really simple and you know exactly what you are paying for and can even change your mind without problems. i have ordered for many years and will continue to do so. there are a few things that i have to go else where to buy as you dont carry them like harrison bird food. thanks
