"I ordered live fish from PetSolutions: on arrival, all six of the Rasoboras I ordered were dead as well as one of the Neon Tetras. Within three hours of receipt, five more Neons died. By the next day, two more Neons were dead as well as two Ghost Shrimp. They did not ship them very well ... the bag were free to jostle around during shipping.
I did receive a credit (they have a 14 day live guarantee) but I never received one response from PetSolutions over this. For me it was more about the suffering of the poor fish that they obviously paid very little mind to.
For a store that caters to pets and pet lovers, it was poor form. I will never buy so much as cat litter from them in the future."
"This is the second time I am ordering Sunseed VitaPrima Parakeet Formula for my two parakeets. Pet Solutions out did the price on this product over any other pet store I do business with! My birds thrive on this Parakeet Formula and took to it immediately after my regular bird guy closed his shop and he used to make his bird seed food from scratch!
The only thing I wish was different is...I wish the total amount that qualified for free shipping was less than $49.00. The 6.99 shipping fee isn't too bad but now the low sale price of each bag of food I ordered has gone back up another $1.39 each when you figure in the shipping.. "

When I call about it some reps are very nice others are flat out rude. Very poor customer appreciation. "
