"Order my cat tree on December 3rd took my money right away. Sent an email out on the 16 and got an email back telling me they will try to have it to me by Christmas. Called a few numbers from the website some aren’t even associated with pet shop USA. Finally got somewhere I thought was told can’t find order because I only got and order number and not a confirmation number. Sorry can’t help you. So sent out another email asking where my order is in shipping and giving 24 hours on an update on that or my refund. I have a feeling I’m not Going to receive either."
"Their prices are retail prices even after you sign up as a reseller and submit the documentation. It is a waste of time and no profit margin left for any seller. "
"After our displeasure with Pet Stores USA I decided to investigate this bandit. Seems the parent company operates out of Florida, clearly to avoid paying state income tax, they operate under numerous web sites names , Ebay store names, several Amazon store names. I gather they must operate under disguise to violate their distributor agreements, how unethical. Since their Pet business is under fire, now come to find out they also operate under 4wheelonline jeep part, motorcycle and ATV parts. Using the same ignorant customer service department. You call the Pet Street Mail customer service and the person answering the phone says 4wheeloline, seems so many business names even their 1 person staff is confused?
Always an excuse, promises always broken, sneaky and will rip you off if you are not on your toes and follow up on every detail with them.
My mistake purchasing from them, never receive my purchase, poor , rude customer service, still no refund, I gather as so many have reported in other reviews to stay away. Lessoned learned, when purchasing online will always research the company first, not afterwards."
"E-Commerce??????????????? Pet Stores USA and UTM one in the same as well as multiple Amazon seller accounts, Ebay seller account, Pet Street Mall and more. From the so call owner Curt and other employees all come across as ultra kind and thorough professionals when they are wolves in sheep's clothing. Curt and his crew over bill, create fraudulent invoices, make unauthorized charges, provide tracking for orders that are invalid and for shipments other than the ones you placed. Employees lie constantly, are devious and when confronted, Curt steps in to bully, threaten to shut down one's account, contact MFG's to prevent one from buying elsewhere and influencing companies to stop sale. That is just the beginning, as Curt and his crew will then purchases from your company, websites, Amazon, Ebay using false names and addresses to then post Negative reviews to intentionally do harm to ones business reputation.
With years of purchasing experience I am sure I have only mentioned the tip of the ice berg of Curt and familie's despicable business practices. "

"EZpetsmart's V.P. Mark Callen blatently lied to myself & my spouse on two ocassions regarding the item we puchased on line being sent. We were told one day that the item was in route & should be at our home "No later than Tuesday" (3 MORE business days than we have already waited...with the store policy, in writing that states "items delivered within 3-5 business days") (Poor suffering pets meanwhile, with no heated water bowl in single digit temps. Gee, THANKS Mr Mark Callous!)
The very next day Mr Callen told us that the item was back ordered & wouldn't even arrive at the warehouse until Tuesday 12-29!! We were NEVER told that in the 1st conversation! This company operates in a seemingly fraudulent way, & has a rude, untruthful V.P. in Mr Callen. I owned a sucessful business for 14 years & this type of business dealing is absolutely unacceptable!! Refund our $, send us a confirmation of order cancellation, & expect litigation if this is not taken care of imediately. Imediately."
"Pet Stores USA, S-N-R Pet Supplies, Critter Pet Supplies and California Pet Supplies all Drop ship from the same W Crescentville Road address. Who is responsible for shipping errors? One points at the other, and both hope the customer will get discouraged and drop the whole issue.
Placed a simple order with S-N-R.Petsupplies on October 18, 2008. Got quick order verification. No tracking number was ever sent. Site says not to contact seller till 5-7 business days have elapsed. Called on 10/23/2008 and was told via email from ****@****, "Order fell through the cracks, will ship on the 24th." I canceled order and purchased identical items from CALIFORNIAPETSUPPLY.COM. Guess where it shipped from? Yep, S-N-R.Petsupplies. Think they could get it right this time? Nope, order arrived missing one of three items. Phone calls and emails to California Pet Supply go unanswered, but finally spoke with human on October 30th. She said she was trying to get in touch with supplier ( S-N-R.Petsupplies), but having no luck. What a surprise!
