"I ordered a dog crate from this merchant. When I received it, I decided it was too big and wanted to exchange it. They wanted me to purchase another one and return the item and wait 30 days for a refund. I paid to ship it back and I am approaching 30 days. They had my return item in 2 days and still have not processed a refund. In checking I found the same item for $60 less online. They now say they will not refund the whole amount, and will deduct their shipping charges and not reimburse me for any of my return shipping. I am so throughly disappointed in the pricing, customer service, and loss of my time and money dealing with this company. Anyone thinking of purchasing from them, should consider this basically a no-refunds company. What a ripoff."

I had to e-mail them 5 days after purchase to see when the item would ship, it was shipped that night with no response from the company. This product was available for $30 less at competing web sites. They do not respond to my telephone calls, e-mails, or contact through their web site. I want them to honor their low price guarantee instead of charging me 30% more for a product. Bait & Switch...STAY AWAY!!"
