"DON'T BUY ONLINE. For 10 years I was a satisfied customer, but NOT ANYMORE. In October I received a bouquet that didn't match the colors in the catalog or the website and didn't match any colors in my house. I tried for 2 weeks to call customer service during business hours for a shipping refund as well as item cost refund & either got no response to the ring tone, or got a hang-up, or a message saying the office was closed. Finally I got thru & asked for a supervisor & was told twice the supervisor was not available & would call back. No supervisor called. I returned the item w/in 30 days - 2 1/2 months later-no refund of anything. Today I was told the supervisor was not available and to get any refund they would need proof of mailing the item since they had no record of receiving it in the warehouse. Luckily I have the receipt for postage from the Post Office. But this has been the WORST experience I have ever had buying on-line.

"I think this company is a scam. I ordered a silk flower arrangement (7-10-07) to be sent to my sister in AL. Petals, Inc. kept putting a hold on my checking account for the amount but never sent the item. The customer service number is a joke & they DO NOT answer emails. I filed a complaint with the BBB. Only then did they respond (9-17-07)& say the item was on back-order. They cancelled the order & took the hold off my checking account. I read many other complaints that they would not send items that were "on clearance", but the same items would appear in their catalog at regular price. According to another customer, if you ordered at regular price, you would get the items. I would advise STAYING FAR AWAY from this company."
"Everything arrived completely smashed. There were no efforts made to pack these items (glass)....no bubble wrap, peanute, etc.....and the only response was the call center is in Miami and the shipper is in Tennesee so they can't really do anything abou it. I had to pay freight to return boxes of glass shards just to initiate a refund.
ADDENDUM: On March 7 I was informed they have a backlog at their warehouse on returns and it would be al least March 31 before any refunds are issued...and they only have one person in the entire company answering email so it takes weeks to get a response. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE."
