"I have not gotten any response regarding my missing order. No one ever picks up the phone or reply's to an email.

"Very easy ordering and a great price for the product. I have NO complaints about this company, but one suggestion: I would have liked to have received some kind of instructions with the product purchased which were not in the package.

Edit: thank you for replying, and for taking action on my comments made. It again makes me feel good about the company and it's desires to please its customers. It is appreciated. "
