They happily accepted my money, failing to mention everything would take 2 weeks just to ship, and at least one item would be on backorder- who knows when I will get it. What is my dog supposed to do? Wait two weeks to eat? What a hassle. Chewy.com is slightly more money, but FAR more reliable– a couple of days and I have what I paid for. Like I said, never again. Petfood.com is a scam."

"It took them three days just to pull the order and enter it with UPS. I should receive it tomorrow, aweek after I ordered the food. I tried to give a competitor the business but I know now how much better the big boys are"

"18 cans out of 2 cases arrived dented. Sent an email, and so far I haven't heard back. They don't add any padding to the boxes so whatever case is on the bottom gets the most damage (10 out of 24 dented). Supposedly they get back to you within 1 business day. "

"I order cat food from Petfood.com, at first It worked very nicely. i signed up for the auto ship they promised 15% off. I noticed that after a couple of orders the price jumped up and no discount. when I called to ask they said that they do not discount the product I order. OK, I guess priced so go up (but $10????) but when I received my last shipment the plastic package was open and a can was missing. I will be shopping somewhere else."
