"I must admit that I don't remember the exact date that I called for an RMA number but don't waste your money on this product. The first one I received was obviously defective. It was also obviously used and returned but for some reason it was repackaged and sent to me. I followed all return instructions. I even faxed my return shipping charges. Did I receive payment for them? I waited weeks. The second one finally arrived. It runs but has no parts in the box so it is unusable. Just go buy a Dremel and be done with it. I have been using one of those for years."
"It is 7/9/08 and I am still waiting for my order. I spoke with their customer service department last week and they rudely told me it was taking 4-6 weeks for shipping, but that I was not to count Saturday and Sunday as part of the week only Monday-Friday so every week really equal 1 and 1/2 weeks. (HUH?) THIS COMPANY HAS A NEGATIVE REPORT AND IS BEING INVESTIGATED BY THE BETER BUSINESS BUREAU, DALLAS TEXAS. Do NOT buy from them!!!!"

"be forewarned..peticure is quick to bill your credit card and very slow at actually processing your order. They billed my credit card the day after I placed my order and then took aprox. 3 weeks to ship. they charged me for ups shipping and sent the order usps....I did finally get my order but wouldn't oder from them again....very poorly run web store.."
