"I am livid with this company right now. I'm a first time customer and I ordered 2 items from Petsgohere.com totalling $62 on September First. I got a confirmation email saying I would receive another email notifying me when my order shipped. **The money cleared from my account as soon as I ordered it!!** I waited 9 days and never got an email or my order or any information at all. I tried calling and got a voicemail. I emailed them asking for the status of my order and telling them I was very upset I hadn't been given any information yet, especially since I was already charged! The got back to me after 2 days saying they would look into it immediately and if it had not shipped yet they would make sure it did asap. They also gave me a $5 gift certificate (which I will NOT be using). Mind you they still did not give me the status of my order, which is what I requested. I waited and waited, and wondered why I still hadn't gotten an email saying it had shipped. I finally got that email that it was shipped on the 19th! (I ordered it and was charged for it on the 1st!) I ordered it UPS and it says in the email that it shipped UPS, but when I click the tracking number it says it's shipping USPS. I received a USPS package today (Sept. 21) and it only contains ONE of my two items! The much cheaper of the 2! Plus there is no piece of paper in the envelope- no packing slip or receipt, nothing that says the other package is on it's way or anything. I was not informed they would be coming separately, and still have no idea where my other package is or if it has even shipped!! When I call I just get the answering machine, so I am waiting for a response to my email. I was never informed of anything if the items were backordered, and was charged 3 weeks ago!!!! I don't think I need to say any more... Do not order anything from these people!! I don't even want to select one star.. they deserve no stars!"
"Terrible company. Does not take any returns, even for defective items. I bought a Pet Gear stroller and zipper pulls on the front panel (there are two) both came off in days. This was the second time in two weeks this has happened with Pet Gear strollers so they are clearly poorly made. I did not want a replacement and the company refused to provide a shipping label for a return and also said they take no returns. BEWARE of this seller and also don't buy Pet Gear Strollers - they are unsafe and they also don't compensate you for their products when they break. Both companies have terrible customer service and are irresponsible."

"Shipped wrong item .. did not advise prior to shipment .. expect me to pay for shipping & handling, return cost and Customs & Taxes despite this was their mistake. However item ordered is still available for sale on Amazon despite seller now stating that this version is not available. I strongly recommend avoiding this seller as well as thoroughly checking out a seller before placing an order. The seller appears to get high ratings in their feedback as long as there they ship the correct item. Amazon refunded all but the cost of returning the item ... no response from seller re refund of the return shipping cost."
