Only after I contacted them did they acknowledge that the item was in backorder, and then when they asked over email if they could make substitutes, they did not acknowledge my return emails, and I had to call them instead. When the order finally arrived, it was packed poorly with the items rolling around the nearly empty box. Would not do business with again."
