"DO NOT USE A DEBIT CARD WITH THESE CHEATS! I should have used a third party payer, like Paypal or something. I am very dissatisfied with petsr4u. They are way past due on shipping, and I have not received an answer after repeated attempts to contact them. The phone number listed for customer service is actually a fax number, so don't bother trying to call them when they never ship your order. From now on I will ONLY be buying from big box stores online. There are too many scam businesses out there like this one. I should have used Paypal, then I could get my money back."
"I placed an order on 5/17/2010 and my credit card was charged on 5/18/2010. HOWEVER, it's now 9/30/2010 and we've not received the order ... and we've not received any response from our multiple emails and voicemail messages.

I emailed and called the company on Monday July 26, 2010, and despite an email telling me my merchandise would ship that tuesday, I have not received the items I ordered. I wish I had read reveiws before I placed my order because they have cheated me the exact same way as with others. After placing my order and having my credit card charged I never received a confirmation or any communication whatsoever. "I ordered a turtle tank on Feb. 26, 2008. I received a receipt from Paypal saying my payment was accepted by petsr4u.com. However I never received an order confirmation from petsr4u.com. I emailed asking for my order number and they sent it and said that it was shipping the following Monday which would have been March 3, 2008. Monday comes and goes. No shipping confirmation or track number was ever emailed. I emailed requesting a tracking number. No response. I emailed again, with no results. I called customer service to be met with an answering service on the other end. I left a message and received no response. After three weeks I emailed at 2:14 PM that I wanted to cancel and was filing a claim through Paypal. March 16 I filed the claim through Paypal. Immediately I receive an email from petsr4u.com with a tracking number. Not surprisingly the tracking info shows they shipped the package at 3:49 PM on the same day I cancelled my order at 2:14 PM. They are taking no responsibility for their lack of communication, lack of customer service, delay in shipping. Not one single apology. Extremely unprofessional when it comes to online purchases.

"I made a small single item purchase in March 2007 and my credit card was billed. The "orderID" does not work on their website, which claims to track purchases. I've emailed them 3 times over the past 3 months.The 1st reply stated they were "backordered and would be in stock anyday now".The 2nd reply stated it would be in stock that week. Needless to say, the recent email has been ignored for over a week! TERRIBLE SERVICE. I'm going to demand my refund and will NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!"
