"I’ve bought probably 20 tags over the years from this company. The ones I bought a few years ago seemed to hold up. I purchased 6 tags this year and the “engraving” wasn’t visible after 5 minutes of wear. My puppy wore it inside for 5 MINUTES and it was so scratched I couldn’t read it anymore. It also took over 15 days to arrive. Huge waste of my time and they have yet to respond to my email complaint asking why the tags are unreadable after incredibly short indoor wear times. I wouldn’t buy these again. "
"I've been using Pettags4less for years with no issues. This last order, however, has tipped me over the edge with these people. Are they working from their home? I never received my order. I did get an email 2 WEEKS ago saying it was shpped. Ok. I never got a confirmation it was shipped. 2 weeks later and no tag. I have left a voicemail and sent 3 emails with no response. Will be calling my bank today to get a refund. They ****. I don't know what has happened to this company but they're not reliable anymore. "
"Ordered 12 tags and paid for expedited shipping. Tags did not come in. When I called to get a refund I got an unprofessional message telling me to leave a message with no announcement of the company. Sounded like someone who just woke up! Calling bank for a fraud refund!!!!!"
"Ordered many times from them with no issues. Then on this last order, I didn’t receive the item in mail. I emailed them asking for a tracking number. The response back was to “check the mailbox again”. They sent it in a small letter envelope so no tracking number available. I replied back that it’s been over a week and a half and still haven’t gotten anything. You would think for the small cost they would have offered to reprint and send out a replacement order. But all I got was the silent treatment. Never buying from them anymore. Cheap price but cheap service also."
"I am so glad that I didn't read the poor reviews about this company before making my purchase. I ordered 55 tags and every single one looks amazing and are of great quality. I dealt with Bing who was not only polite, he caught a major mistake in the excel spreadsheet that I sent him with the order information...had he not paid attention to detail, I would've had alot if upset people who I ordered for. Thank you Bing and I will definitely be a future customer and also recommend you to all of my friends."
"I had made several orders in the past which were great in that I got what I ordered. This last time I ordered 10 tags in size exsmall and they sent larger tags which wont work for my cats. I double checked the order to make sure it wasn't my mistake. Sent 4 emails telling them they sent the wrong size and I wanted what I ordered. They never responded. I even included a photo showing what they sent alongside the correct size I purchased from them in the past.

"I have been using Pettags4less for years to get aluminum I.D. tags to mount on stakes for identifying my garden plants. This time, I received FOUR copies of 2 or 3 different tags when I ordered 1 or 2 copies. Also, one tag had the information on the first line in one size font and the continuation of the name of the plant on the second line in a much smaller font. Looks horrible. I left multiple phone messages, none of which were answered. No more tags from this company--they've got straight to you-know-where."
"I ordered a tag with free shipping for $2.49 and the order confirmation email stated that when my tag shipped i would get a link to track my order. I did not get a shipment email until 6 days later and in it was NO LINK to track my shipment just a shipping number. I got busy and four days later I tried to call them and got what sounded like a PERSONAL CELL PHONE MESSAGE rather than something along the lines of "Thank you for calling Pet tags 4 less..." Well anyway I get an email back and ONLY THEN was I informed that the tracking link was ONLY for orders of $20 and over and that was tody!"

"Ordered tags. Their website didn’t seem to process the order, so reordered. I was double charged. Sent an email notifying them to process only one order. No reply. Received duplicate tags. Contacted CC company to dispute charge.
Placed another order and had similar issue, but was able to not duplicate the order, but inadvertently kept the shipping address the same as the billing address which I did not mean to. Their website allows for no change after order is placed. I am disabled with no voicebox and have to use a relay service to call businesses. I called and was hung up on and yelled at to use email. I have sent 3 or 4 emails and have yet to receive a reply. I have had a friend call 3 times and leave a voicemail. There has been ZERO effort on their part. Per their website, they have already shipped my order to the wrong address. This is going to spoil Christmas, I would suggest anyone to avoid dealing with this operation. I have always used a different company but could not find them when it came time to order new tags. So **** of at these people it’s not even funny. If you can’t manage communications with your customers in a timely and efficient manner, DONT BE IN BUSINESS!"
"I have ordered tags to put on my horse’s blankets several times now. They have held up well to the abuse of going outside in all kinds of weather. My previous three orders have processed and shipped within 48 hours.
I ordered new tags on October 7th. My account was charged the following day, and both the company and PayPal sent me a receipt. PetTags is still showing that my order is processing on October 23rd. I have contacted the company to see why my order has not been created and shipped, but I have yet to get a response. I am unhappy to have paid $32 and seem unlikely at this point to get a resolution. "
"My husband and I ordered one tag from here and after not receiving it for two weeks sent an email to customer service. They replied that they were sorry for the inconvenience and that the system was down and they processed the order. We waited two more weeks and still hadn’t received the tags so we emailed them again stating we had not received the tags yet. Customer service takes a week to reply and simply asks us if we’ve received the tags without addressing any other concern. We stated that we never received the tag and would like a refund. They simply never replied. This whole thing has gone on for over two months now and we never received a response or a refund whatsoever even after emailing them four times. Terrible customer service and thieves. "
"I had two orders placed for 8 tags. In three days 4 were received. A week later I called them and emailed them. They insisted it was mailed. No tracking and no proof. I needed these for awards to some military vets! Bad job and I hope my money brings you bad luck. Enjoy it."
"I have been ordering aluminum pet tags from this company for about 3 years now. Purple single sided heart's for my cats, and double sided paw's for my dogs. They always arrive in a timely manner - even with the "free shipping" option. Great price, quality and experience - every time.
